  Though the staff could make you feel a bit more welcoming.Asking for a request at reception was not easy. We Experienced torrential rain , and called reception for umbrellas since there wasn’t any in the room.We were told they were for hire, but this didn’t help us getting to breakfast in the heavy rain.Fortunately my wife and I found a way through a number of verandas and lobbies to get to breakfast without getting wet.We wondered why we weren’t told on umbrella request at reception that there is a way to get to breakfast without getting wet.

  We had the water view room and was very comfortable. The service was fantastic all round and we enjoyed the dining. Breakfast was fantastic and the Friday night seafood buffet was awesome!! Bugs, prawns, oysters, and a few types of fish, just perfect. Aqua fun is just on the other side of the lake and was great fun too. There was a cocktail party outside our room on Saturday night and it did get a bit noisy but we were all so tired from a full day that we all fell asleep like babies!

  We enjoyed our stay. We wish we had a bigger room but due to the time we booked they were all booked out. But it was still highly enjoyable with so many activities to do. Didn't have to leave the resort if you didn't want to. Also it is close to tourist places which was great.we would definitely make a return trip in the coming years and would recommend it to our friends and family. A very positive experience

  It was a last minute road trip - booked online and when we arrived were greeted with a warm welcome and loads of information about the hotel and surrounds. The bed was super comfortable and the room was well laid out. Walking around the grounds the next morning was beautiful and we would love to visit again to take advantage of all of the wonderful things the resort has to offer. My only negative would be that the breakfast area was far too small to accommodate as many people as the hotel can - there was a huge line and we didn't have the time to wait. Staff were beautifully presented, professional and lovely. Great place to stay!

  Breakfast location was wonderful with a lovely variety of food, though the eggs , bacon and other hot foods were always served warm to cold.

  We just stayed the one night, being guests at a wedding being held at Lily's. Couldn't fault our stay at all really. Reception staff were bright and friendly, and the resort has plenty of activities for the young and young at heart. We did pay extra for a waterside unit, which was a bit dated, so probably not worth the money paid, however the room and all facilities were clean and tidy. We were very impressed with the breakfast, with such a huge offering availble. Would happily come back again with our kids next time.
